Hailing from Missoula, Montana, Déjà Vu is a dynamic jazz quintet that came together in a remarkable way.

 

It began with the lead singer, Daijha Brown, reaching out to trusted friends in the local Missoula area after being left without accompaniment 5 days before her debut.

 

This led to the formation of the band. With only two days of rehearsal before the big show, a once panicked Instagram dm to saxophone player, Sam Haveron, blossomed into a wicked cool jazz group providing Montana with classic jazz and contemporary influences. 

 

​ Led by the soulful vocals of Daijha Brown, the group features the smooth sounds of Sam Haveron on saxophone, the deep grooves of Garon Jones on double bass, and the rhythmic heartbeat of Rhett Matthew on drums.
